Why I Recommend It:
- Simple ingredient content! Low in sodium, no added salt and no added sugar – great for babies’ developing systems

- Quick to prepare – cooks in just 4 minutes for adults, or 5–10 minutes if you want it softer for little ones
- Contains wheat and egg – good for early allergen exposure, which may help prevent allergies later on
How to Prepare:
If your baby has already started solids (purees, baby-led weaning, or soft table foods):
- Boil the noodles for 5–10 minutes, depending on how soft you want them.
- Let them cool, and serve plain or mix with other foods.
⚠️ Note: This noodle contains both wheat and egg. Be sure your baby has no known allergies to either before serving.
How I Serve It (Just Sharing – Do What Works for You!):
My baby is almost 5 months old. I usually:
- Cook the noodles for about 8–10 minutes to make them extra soft.
- Let them cool completely.
- Depend on which shape you buy. You can use scissors to cut them into smaller pieces. (Totally optional – I do it because my baby tends to spit them out if they’re too big.) You can read this article by Solid Starts to see how you can serve pasta
- Mix with a small amount of peanut butter to introduce peanut as another common allergen.
You can also mix the noodles with:
- Mashed avocado
- Peanut butte or A different nut butter that your child is not allergic to!
- A bit of breast milk or formula
- Any soft food your baby already enjoys!
